During the We the People Volunteer Dinner on March 11, 2010, Delegate Brenda Pogge (R-96th) and Delegate Bob Brink (D-48th) presented the Center for the Constitution at James Madison's Montpelier with a House Joint Resolution commending the Center's work with We the People and endorsing the Virginia We the People program. Delegate Brenda Pogge championed the Resolution in the General Assembly. Kelly Carmichael, Virginia We the People State Coordinator of the Center of the Constitution; Andrew Washburn, former We the People State Coordinator and Managing Director of the Center for the Constitution; and Robert Leming, We the People National Director of the Center for Civic Education received the Resolution.
