The Center for Civic Education administers the We the People program nationally through a network of coordinators in 50 states, 435 congressional districts, 4 trust territories, and the District of Columbia. These coordinators work with school districts and teachers to implement the program at the local and state level. The Center for the Constitution hosts the Virginia We the People team, which consists of one State Coordinator, an alumni representative and Congressional District Coordinators for the eleven Virginia congressional districts.
